Ojamafy is a small product run by two people. We collect only what we need to deliver the resume, application, and email-tracking features you sign up for.
What we collect
- Account info — email, hashed password (via Supabase Auth), profile fields you choose to fill in.
- Resume + applications — the content you import or create, plus metadata about applications you submit through Ojamafy.
- Gmail (only if you connect) — read-only access to subject lines and snippets, used solely to detect job-related emails and reply tracking. We never store full email bodies, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings.
- Analytics — minimal page-view and feature-usage events via GA4. No third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve the product. We do not sell your data, we do not share your resume content with third parties, and we do not train other companies' models on your inputs.
Your controls
- Delete your account from Settings — full row removal.
- Disconnect Gmail at any time.
- Export your resume data as JSON / PDF.
- Contact contact@ojamafy.com for any data request.
Storage + security
Data lives in Supabase (US region) protected by Row Level Security. Gmail tokens are encrypted at rest. Production access is restricted to the two founders.
